Our Story
From briefs to bread.
Gavel Club Bakery was founded in 2015 by a group of former law school study partners who traded briefs for bread. What started as a stress-relief hobby during finals week turned into a full-time passion.
Every loaf, pastry, and cake is made from scratch daily, using locally sourced ingredients from Central Texas farms. Our name nods to our founders' law school days — and to our motto: every recipe is deliberated until it earns a unanimous verdict of delicious.
